It’s Monday, my last day before getting back to work. Tomorrow my holidays are over. So I’ve done a last double day on a weekday for a while.
I didn’t count some stretching or strength and conditioning as a special workout, as you can do this between other things or while watching the news. So there will be some days with two sessions, but not two endurance sessions on the weekdays.
Today startet with a short, very short morning run. Just 30 minutes LIT run. I did it with an average pace of 5:59 min/km and a average HR of 136 bpm.
