Triathlon Coaching Basic
Triathlon Coaching Basic package contains:
- Bi Weekly Training plan
- Bi Weekly call (45 minutes) to discuss last weeks training and time constraints for the upcoming week.
- Weekly mail or WhatsApp / SMS contact
In the first week we will have a call to discuss the constraints. For Example: Training time per week, injuries, history as a athlete and your goal.
After the call I will provide a training plan for 2 weeks. After this period we will have a bi weekly call to discuss the las weeks training, and setting up the upcoming weeks.
If you do your training, and give appropriate feedback, it will make you faster. I guarantee.
As coaching is highly individual we need to start with at least 3 month. After this period you are able to quit this service on a monthly base.
