The weekly volumen starts with ~ 10h and tops out just under 17 hours with rest and recovery weeks every 4th week. In the R&R weeks there is always a test for the bike and the run.

Run is paced with HR, bike with power. You can pace the bike with HR, then you need to adjust your Zones acordingly.

Run is paced with HR, bike with power. You can pace the bike with HR too. All you need to do in this case is to use the HR Zones instead of the power zones.
